Septic Tank Reminder

NOT A GOVERNMENT APP

Septic Tank Reminder is an independent app made by Mobilia Apps. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any other government entity, and it does not represent a government entity.

A forgotten septic pump-out can turn into a $5,000–$30,000 drain-field or system replacement. Septic Tank Reminder helps homeowners stay ahead of it. Register your tank, log every pump-out and inspection, and get reminded months before service is due — so your system stays healthy and your records stay ready.

The app estimates your next pump-out using your tank size, household size, and usage pattern, drawing on published EPA SepticSmart and university extension guidance. Clear status pills tell you at a glance whether you are on track, due soon, or overdue.

KEY FEATURES:
• Smart pump-out estimates — based on tank size, household, and use pattern (full-time, part-time, or vacation home)
• Layered reminders — get notified 3 months, 1 month, 1 week, and on the day a pump-out is due
• Pump-out history — log dates, service company, and cost for a complete maintenance record
• Inspection tracking — log inspections and follow a built-in annual inspection checklist
• Septic advisor — clear do's and don'ts, what not to flush, and drain-field warning signs
• Overdue alerts — catch a missed service before it threatens your drain field
• PDF history export — generate a tidy report of your tank, pump-out, and inspection history for home resale documentation
• Receipt photos — attach service receipts to keep proof of maintenance
• Works offline — your data is stored on your device, no account required
