i don't really need to go to the workshop anymore, workshop comes to me

Very innovative app and business. App works wonderfully well. Would be even better if we are able to amend our requested services before sending a confirmation for the booking. This way, users who made mistakes won't need to wait for the quotation, delete the quotation, and then submit a new request again. But overall, great app.

Just recently use this service. Fast and effective. Serv partner came on the right time. Keep it up!

Its a convenient way to book service for your car real time...no need to go to service centre anymore
★★☆☆☆
App didn't display details info from previous service. App didn't display workshop according place, you have to click individual name to know the place. App didn't update the map/direction for workshop. If you want to go to workshop, just Google. After 1 year, not seeing major update of service to be offered.

apps frequently crash..not recommended even with stable internet connection

A year ago, this apps is very promising. I install it due to the On-the-Go service. When i re-install again recently, this service no longer available. I try to whattapps their CS, but till today, no response. Their Customer Service no longer exist. You send a message, it will be ignored. Feeling frustrated, therefore, i proceed to uninstall. Dont waste your time.
