App will not let me log in, I used the exact same login I had used with the old app. I haven't changed my username or password, so I have no clue why I can't log in. I tried to use the "forgot password?" But it won't even let me enter my birthdate. PLEASE FIX

Can't register to get on banking app, gives error reference codes. I liked my other bank. Wish this bank hadn't bought them because it is a headache of service one not fixing the online app. Also called them and emailed with no response, no help....still can't get into my account
