My passwords and usernames are correct, but it's not working. I have an android and even while following the instructions, nothing as changed. I cannot access my accounts online. I can't see where I am at financially and it's very inconvenient. When I thought updates were coming, I didn't think it would be a whole new app, and even with the new app, everything is much more inconvenient and aggravating. I do not know if it's a bug, but my passwords and usernames haven't changed.

Everything doesn't need an update. Sometimes it's best to leave well enough alone. The glitches, still can't sign in after verification 🫤 Some upgrade
