I have used a couple different Service Apps over the years with different companies. This one is by far the most user-friendly, and the most informative. The fact that I can start my own quote for a customer, turn that quote into a work order, and then turn that work order into an invoice, so seamlessly is amazing. We can leave notes at certain customer locations for any tech to see as well. The only complaint I have with the app is that I have to click "Web" when I launch the app.

Service Box is a great tool for tradesmen and companies. It allows everyone in the field and in the office to have immediate access to all information about a job, and add new info as it comes. Being able to link notes or photos to customers, sites, a work order, or even a specific piece of equipment, is a nice touch. There are a few bugs but the team always welcomes feedback and is constantly working on improvements, whether its bug fixes or new features. Highly recommend!

A good idea poorly executed. Almost impossible to navigate the tiny icons
on a phone (somewhat better on a tablet). Android is very buggy and not
overly intuitive. Work order page is cluttered with poorly thought out
layout and unclear icons. Have to continually save work order at each stage, or you lose portions. IOS is slightly better but not much. Not improving my
work experience or efficiency as it stands now.
