Hi, I've so far since September 2018 been using Alcatel and no problems until quite recently! I can see that you help and diagnostics is only limited to the Google Play App! Could you kindly extend it to other Apps to obtain the best experience, ever?! My battery keeps draining at an alarming rate even though I'm not connected to any other Device or anyone in particular! It is a must-have application for Android OS versions less than 8. This is my opinion based on attempts to upgrade earlier smartphone operating on Android 6 and very difficult to upgrade except Samsung models.

Is it a joke or what totally nonsense app, bloatware. It doesn't really Fix problem on mobile.it only gives instructions which we already know... I am uninstalling right now.
