Great star of a product. Because of this product we don't need to run up and down stairs to open the door. App is trippy. Often times takes too long to connect or completely stuck on authentication - waiting for Android. After last update my account often asks me to register a lock with my lock missing. Reset the lock but it said that the lock has already been registered to someone's account(mine - first hand owner). Also purchased the wifi dongle since last June, have not even seen a glimpse of an update of when itll come. Update - April 10 - Candy house team got back to me regarding wifi dongle. Hoping to see it soon. Update - April 12 - new app update got my system stuck on a "waiting for cellphone" and "authenticating" loop. No change despite restarting cellphone and logging in and out which previously did the trick.

Latest update has really improved things for me. Because there is still no
android widget or andriod wear app. I use ifttt to unlock and lock my door.
It is now much faster and I now recieve notifications when it happens. My
lock is working awesome now.

this product is absolutely great for apartments & senior citizens & people who have Falls . excellent for 911 to get into your apartment instead of waiting for the key man!! unfortunately the only bad things I find our network issues( out of control of candy house) I like to see add widget & shortcuts to open & lock. plus maybe a hardware Bluetooth keychain dongle button so friends family can get in without installing an application $25+ add a 911 Google voice feature that keeps the door unlock

The Idea Is excellent but too long to get connected to the lock via Bluetooth. Additionally, if you go out closing the door with sesame but remaining in the same building, just coming back after checking mail at ground floor, the UNLOCK function does not work! It does not understand that you went to another floor. The app should be integrated with an altimeter function. This would maybe solve the situation.

The app is VERY one-sided. If you're a user of Sesame, you have to rely on
Bluetooth and the app for everything. However, if you're the owner of it, I
suppose it's convenient, cos you can link it with IFTTT. The Android app
still takes a lot of time to authenticate and auto-unlock works on and off
(mostly off).

まじでゴミ。初期設定ができない。しようとしてもエラー、エラー、エラー、エラー。全くできません。前回はなにかの偶然でできたが今回は全くできない。いつになったら修正するんですか？
