Great smart lock. Depending on use, the batteries need to be changed about every four months. I have four of these installed. Very convenient to creat a guest combination for them to open the door, of if they have the app, send them an electronic key.

Use it with my Silage door locks for my airbnb property. Great for managing access for guests, cleaners, repairs, etc. when you are off-site, and it can be set to give you alerts when certain entry codes are inputted. Also, great for watching your door lock battery level. Haven't had any issues with it and It's really worked great. Needs a Wi-Fi connection in the house, so if Wi-Fi goes down then you're out of luck for accessing remotely, but the codes programmed still work. 5 star!

Terrible update. Refuses to allow me to change user codes for the locks. Had no issues before the update.

New lock won't download the updates after it's installed, and it keeps dropping off Wi-Fi and 20 ft from the modem.

So far, bloody awful! Slow to download and update, a request for instructions on changing the lock's code takes me to a Silage product list. I only have 1 Encode Plus lock, and the program knows that...why not give me a relevant answer to my question? Frustration precludes consideration of future purchases!

Could you please review the current UI color logic for the door status? Currently, the unlocked state is displayed in green, which may be counterintuitive from a security standpoint. I suggest updating the interface so that the unlocked state is indicated by red or yellow, and the locked state is represented by green.
