Totally pleased with my Silage lock and app. I love the convenience and the security of knowing when my door is locked and unlocked, and who unlocked it. I can also remotely lock and unlock my door. If friends visit me for a few days, I can give them their own code and delete their code when they leave. Also, I never have to worry about forgetting my door key or losing it.

Constantly drops off Ring app. Shows as not connected to Wi-Fi but it is. Still locks & unlocks over Wi-Fi, but shows disconnected from Wi-Fi in Ring & on the Silage app

Schlage SUCKS!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Silage logs you out of the app randomly, so when you really need to let someone into your house, you are left trying to log into the app.

I've owned the Silage lock and have been using this app for about 1 1/2 years now. The lock is great, the app was great for the first year, but now the open/close notifications are not consistent. Sometimes the notifications are immediate, but more often they are not. I am starting to get notifications 20-30 minutes after the lock has opened/closed, this is not good at all (defeats the purpose). Hopefully there is a firmware update that will correct this soon!
