Comments on ISONAS Pure Mobile Credential for Android

★★★★☆ Lee Drake · Dec 29, 2022

Occasionally this app fails to connect properly to the target device on a stock Pixel 6 with the latest version of android. The only fix is to stop and start Bluetooth on the device. Other than that it's handy, but it would be even handier with watch support, so I didn't have to haul out my phone every time. It is not compatible with my tic watch.

★★★★★ Dan Kubus · Jun 4, 2026

I had no occasion to use this app after I was told to download it, so I can't comment on its effectiveness.

★★★★☆ Geoff Kendall · Nov 25, 2023

Works pretty well. It is used to control access at our badminton and tennis club.

★★☆☆☆ Jamal Du-Barry · Aug 14, 2017

There is sometimes a delay when attempting to send credentials, application needs to give more tactile feedback when the application is truly ready to send the credentials

★★☆☆☆ Christie Fontaine · May 30, 2021

For work, anytime the internet drops, they have to reestablish access... very frustrating.

★☆☆☆☆ David Parks · Aug 20, 2021

This is the most frustrating app I have ever encountered... My workplace uses Isonas for granting entry, and the app lets me in the building without issue maybe 20% of the time. The other times, it encounters an error, won't connect, or requires my Android phones to be literally right up against the receiver despite "long distance" Bluetooth being turned on (meanwhile my iPhone coworkers don't have to be close at all). I wish there was support for or continual improvement of this application.
