Easy enough to use once you get the hang of the app and lock setups. S24+ Android 14 - will lots of times hang coming out of Attached Devices. Seems to peg the phone CPU in the process. Normally very slow response backing out to the Devices screen. Seriously need lock battery info -even graphic-at attached Devices level. Going into each lock is a PITA. My SchlageHome app can do it for Encode locks, so come on now.

I'm lov'in it...two buildings with 38 NDBE80s and one CTE in use, this app makes it simple to control and manage. We questioning if we need a head control system at this time. Easy to use app from phone or desktop. I'm a belibier, Ha!

A little clumsy on the interface, but it works. To everyone having trouble connecting to your locks: Check the firmware version on the lock. I had the same problem with the Silage CTE, and it turned out to be a memory leak on the CTE. Upgrading to the latest firmware resolved the issue.

The app as downloaded of Google play is nothing but frustrating. It will not allow me to set up an account. It keeps shuffling me back between different menus and cancelling any information I had logged in the interim. I am just trying to open an account to demonstrate an allegion product.

Got the latest update. Can't connect to lock now. Keeps crashing. I liked it prior though.

The app needs to be reset every time you do a firmware update to a gateway. It is constantly giving error messages or loading with "please wait" for up to a half hour with allowing for anything else to be done, which forces you to close the app repeatedly just to make any progress. I have a large site with around 90 gateways and 250 wireless locks and I am forced to use this app to activate this equipment, the process has taken far to long because of all the issues with this app. Awful

This app is cumbersome, it takes me an hour to explain to lay people how to use it... Also, why does the lock have to be connected to Wi-Fi Silage? Just use my phone's data to connect to your online database. This is so kludge and such a waste of time.
