I am increasingly impressed with this application. While its performance a few years ago was less than optimal, I have observed a significant improvement in It's overall functionality recently. For example, I was able to remotely grant access to a delivery service at my residence, even though I was approximately 2–3 miles away, facilitating a seamless delivery prior to my arrival.

Recent update made it IMPOSSIBLE to access the menu on a Google Pixel phone. It's now unable to be tapped as it's hidden behind the block of the top bar where the time, battery and notification messages appear. I want to turn off the annoying sound Every time I access a gate in my apartment and add certain gates to my favorites, but I can't. I thought a fix went out for this, apparently not. FIX YOUR APP!

As a disabled person I feel locked out of needed services and trapped in my home. Uber drivers either cancel on me at the gate or argue with me about how it opens in chat, this has made me late to dr appointments. Instacart and amazon fresh will refuse to deliver food to my door and will leave it at the gate without telling me. If I lose my phone or if it breaks I am locked out of my apartment complex and mail room. This forced feature is why I'm breaking my lease, among other things.
