Description
SessionBridge is a companion app for people in counseling at House of Freedom, used between sessions and provided by the clinic — accounts are set up by your care team at intake. SessionBridge is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition; every clinical decision is made by your licensed counselor.
Between appointments, SessionBridge gives you a private place to:
• Journal — put the week into words, track your mood, and flag anything you want to bring up at your next session • Log medications — note side effects so your counselor sees the full picture • Check in — complete short, standard check-ins (like the PHQ-9 and GAD-7) your counselor reviews • Reflect with the companion — an AI writing companion that helps you put feelings into words. It is a tool, not a therapist: it never diagnoses and never gives medical advice.
Everything you record goes to your own counselor's review queue, so your next session picks up where you actually are.
Your privacy Entries can be locked behind your fingerprint or screen lock. Nothing is shared with advertisers, and there is no tracking of any kind. Your care team sees your entries; no one else does.
If you need help right now SessionBridge is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — para español, presione 2), or call 911 in an emergency. Crisis numbers are always reachable in the app, including before you unlock it.

SessionBridge is available to House of Freedom patients. There is no public sign-up — if you are not a patient, you will not be able to create an account.
Recent changes: Improved crisis detection, including additional Spanish phrasing. The app now tells you if it hasn't been able to reach your care team, so you're never left waiting on a message that didn't arrive. Wording fixes for accuracy.
