don't use the app. There's no way to withdraw the money, I put in €15 in Ukrainian money, and I tried authenticating multiple times, but it never worked, and now, without authentication, im not able to access my money. Very, very stupid

Beware ! Literally in many senses "money stealing" wallet. The moment you top up if you will not have any way to withdraw from it, assume you gifted your money. Withdrawing issue is not some daily or weekly trouble, it lasts months/years, noone does nothing to change that.
