Nice but needs a few important improvements: - Fix the stuttering issue when swiping the remotes carousel, it's ruining the entire experience. - Let us add air conditioners. - Add more languages to the keyboard and let us pick which ones we want to use (I don't want to iterate between all of them each time). - Fix the issue of reordering the carousel. I keep seeing there loads of duplicates and can't reorder. Suggestions: - Let us change the icons. - Add some color to the existing icons.

I just love this remote. I have been using Logitech for somany years and definitely feel this remote ticks all the boxes for me over the Logitech because it's a compact remote but the screen can accommodate a full size keyboard when using my android TV box. Also the compatibility is great. The power doesn't last for more than 2 days but I found a work around where I shut down the remote after my TV time and that helps keep power for close to 2 months. Very happy and will defenitely recommend.

Horrible experience. Remote constantly reboots, software no longer works. Just get a blank white screen. Updates from developers are nonexistent. For a remote this expensive I expected, at the very least, for it to work. At the very least!

I've literally been setting this remote up for 2 days now. First, Couldn't force the update so had to wait 4 hours for it to initiate on its own. Second issue, It's on the same network as my Hue bridge and it cannot find it. The app is useless if it can't connect to the remote and guess what, it never stays connected to the remote. 3 hours now just try to Name and save my scenes!

Needs improvement. Tracking is only 2d. I expected 3d tracking since it uses 4 different points for triangulation. Even the 2d tracking is not very accurate unless I'm exactly in the middle of the room. Tried recalibrating multiple times with the same results. I expected more from a remote that cost me $300. I waited 2 years for this remote and will have to return it after less than a week of use.
