SevenSense

SevenSense is a fast, no-nonsense torque reference tool for Caterham Seven owners, home-builders, and mechanics.

Building or maintaining a Seven means constantly checking the right tightening torque for a fastener — and digging through a paper build manual with oily hands is slow. SevenSense puts those figures a tap or a spoken question away.

HOW IT WORKS
- Tell the app which Caterham you're working on — model, engine, and chassis spec.
- Ask for any fastener by typing or by voice: "front lower damper", "driveshaft nut", "gearbox to bellhousing".
- Get the torque figure in both Nm and lb·ft, the bolt size, and the source manual it came from — so you can sanity-check it against the fastener in your hand.

BROWSE EVERYTHING
Prefer to scan? The Browse tab lists every fastening for your selected car, grouped by system — front suspension, steering, differential, rear axle, gearbox, engine and more.

BUILT FOR THE GARAGE
- Works fully offline — no signal needed in the workshop.
- Voice search so you can keep your hands on the spanners.
- Every figure shows its bolt size and source for a quick cross-check.
- Covers a range of engines including K-Series, Duratec, Sigma, X-Flow, Vauxhall and more, across Imperial and Metric chassis specs.

IMPORTANT
SevenSense is an independent reference tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Caterham Cars. Torque and fastener data is compiled from Caterham build and assembly manuals and presented in the units the manuals use. Always confirm safety-critical torque figures against the official manual for your car. If a bolt size shown here doesn't match the one in your hand, stop and check — you may be on a different specification.

More engines, models and chassis specs are being added.
