1. 티켓 번호 등록 공연 시 공식 응원봉에 좌석번호를 등록하면 무대 연출에 맞춰 자동으로 색상이 변경되어 보다 즐겁게 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다.
2. 세븐틴 응원봉(seventeen light stick) 배터리 잔량 체크 앱과 연결된 응원봉의 배터리 잔량을 체크합니다.

* 앱 접근 권한 안내 정보통신망법 제22조의 2 제1항(이동통신단말장치내에 저장되어 있는 정보 및 설치된 기능에 대하여 이유를 고지하고, 접근권한 동의절차 구현)에 준수하여 앱 이용시 필요한 접근권한을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

I can connect my lightstick, but it doesn't give me the option to change the colors etc, why?

My lightstick wasn't connecting for so long in multiple tries as I was holding the lightstick behind my phone. But once I held the power button for 10second until it turned on then did colorful flashes and turned off all by itself, I then went back to the app, held the light stick in front of my phone then it had connected! I'm so happy, and it works perfectly now:). I hope this helps out, that maybe your lightstick needs a refresh/restart on itself

I can't connect the carat bong with the app. It's able to pair with my Bluetooth but not for the app. Whenever I click 'connect to lightstick', it's quit from the app by itself. My carat bong is the original one. Since many people hv been said the same thing as mine so I assume there is something wrong happened with this app and not the carat bong. I know there is no seventeen offline concert anymore where we hv to use this app to connect but pls fix this problem. Our carat bong needs colors too...
