Hello! I'm having a hard time trying to register for the tickets, I have bought my tickets and my lightstick connected just fine. I go to the ticket information and when I try to select a date it gives me one option which is "2020-01-01" the concert is coming up soon, so I'd like a response before the concert comes!

Hi stays, 'how to connect your lightstick' 1-you have to press and hold power button for 10 sec 2- when the all colors flash, go to app and click start button (keep close them) 3-a message will come click 'yes' 4-after your lightstick will have a color click a color from app which one is on your lightstick 5- click registered, after test, after click something in red and korean it only works on an event or a concert. don't be mad if your lightstick isn't working. it is just working but not this time.

Uhmm Hi there😀 the app said that "The authentication data of app and light stick does not match each other. Want to delete the authentication data of app and connect to the light stick?"😢 is my Nachimbong fake?? But it can change color but only one, if I registered still won't work😢, I don't understand why. And I keep doing the 10 seconds still not working. I really followed all the steps😢😢😢 ISTG my Nachimbong is Official😢 base of the preview😞 Please Reply😌😢 TY🥰

I've tried this app ever since I got my namchingbong around 2020. During that year, the app is completely useful, when the concert ticket thing isn't out. I'm having a hard time connecting my namchingbong to a specific color (blue apparently because I'm using my light stick for support of my team color), and it just leads me to a white color only. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!
