★★★★★ When I first started using the app I ran into multiple access and live-streaming errors; however, these errors were quickly addressed to tech support; they were very helpful - tech support's willingness to help was very much appreciated. They worked diligently to fix these app errors. They even pushed an application update. The app is currently working flawlessly as I have not seen any more errors. Thank you Tech Support for your dedication and willingness to work with me. And for working diligently to keep the SG Home Application up to speed.

★★☆☆☆ The app fails regularly leaving everything I have unprotected. Kjb support is unable to get a temp fix. I am currently on day 4 with this app not working. I am looking to remove all kjb products/apps and go with Law mate....pic quality is better, IR is unmatched and the app hasn't failed me yet

★★☆☆☆ Could not get past the emailed sign up code to allow me access to the actual app. Kept stating I was using wrong code emailed to me. I tried to sign up 7 times with even uninstalling and reinstalling app.

★★☆☆☆ There's no place in the app to find the MAC address of the camera which makes it impossible to connect to a network that has MAC filtering on.

★★☆☆☆ This app may be ok however, the tech support is awful. They have you doing the same routine over and over again and expect a different result. The tech person must be the dumbest person they could find to not realize that after doing the same routine a half a dozen times something needs to change. INSANE! Can anyone recommend an alternative app with better support?
