Poor customer service, the Tech did not know his job. Once equipment was installed, received no instructions on how to use the system. And the equipment is not working after a six hour install. I cancelled the contract, and now I can not get anyone back out here to pick up the equipment. I was never able to open the app to the system. Just TERRIBLE!
