Love the guided introduction to using my Shakti mat with the Welcome series. Also love the accent of the lovely lady guiding me through the relaxation units. I wish there were more than just eight guided meditations.

I just got my Shakti mat from this company. The free app that they allow you to download is great!!! It has guided meditation to use that is very calming and helps while getting used to their mat.

Privacy warning. I was excited to try this app along with my new Shakti mat. Then I read the privacy details - they can sell your name and email to third parties for marketing purposes. No, thanks! For a company that promotes themselves as being ethical, this is quite shocking.

EVERY TIME I log in on the app it tells me my password is incorrect, and I have to reset my password, and then it finally lets me login! Really annoying when im trying to be all zen and relax.

I was quite happy about this app. But check out this COMPLETE LACK of data privacy. 🤦🏻♂️ LAME. I'll just stick with YouTube.
