★★★★★ All bad reviews are about it needing access to contacts. It seems though it needs that to send key access to your contact. I agree it needs to be changed to make it optional and only if you are the one depositing the key. But it still is good. Make it more convenient for the guests by not scaring them with this. I give this positive review because I don't want this service to die like similar ones did before it is really helpful. I really like the simplicity of the idea in general.

★★★★★ The work worked surprisingly easily. Just hit the button and the box opened up. I could see exterior malfunctions being an issue, but as long as you have data/Wi-Fi and the box is working, it was a smooth process.

★★☆☆☆ The app crashes when trying to create account

★★☆☆☆ Breaching GDPR by insisting on contact access. When it is not needed. Claim it needs access.to share my booking but I don't need to share it. Remove this requirement. Reported to Android and GDPR regulator.

★★☆☆☆ Require permission to read contacts to work. Also seem to read sms. Too much access for such an app to run

★★☆☆☆ There is no reason to require contact list permission, when I only need to get access to the keys from the Airbnb host!
