It's a half-baked service, they offer a bunch of products on the platform, but in most cases either they don't have the inventory or logistics support to manage deliveries. I had the worst shopping experience where the ordered product was not shipped for 1.5 months, there was absolutely no response from email. Finally managed to get through them on Twitter, they asked me to cancel the order since they are unable to fulfill it. Pathetic service

Xiaomi's products are awesome but one thing which led me to give it one star is that I ordered a Xiaomi earbuds, but I don't receive it ever. At beginning, it was showing in processing and after few days order was cancelled, and I don't get any refund. Please help me.
