(Update) The app natively allows users to navigate to their folder and the
reply to my review does nothing to aid my navigation option that is
allowed. I saw that tutorial first but once I open the app and choose the
PDF viewer and saw the file explorer option I went that route, and it was
horrendous but... I moved the file to the unity folder (the default folder
that shows up then you can navigate to other folders) and now I can
open/find it. That is a better and easier way then the suggestions
provided. Still when I try to choose the page I want, options do not show
up to enter a # and if I move away from the page menu it unselects, and I
have to hover back to try again, but a numerical option doesn't show up. S9

All the app's content is behind a paywall with no way to see a sample nor experience if the app has any value to it. From what I could see: Dated user interface It appears as if this was a PowerPoint presentation presented in VR which is pretty much useless as it adds 0 value to the virtual environment. It honestly lacks credibility and I wouldn't give money to an app with such an archaic presentation
