Comments on ShastaConnect for Android

★★★★★ Great service but does not provide times when people need to go to work. It caters to the wrong demographic. I have seen 1 person always 9n 24 seater bus. It should have a regular pickup site for continuous runs all day from 5am to 10am then again from 5pm to 11pm at least one bus. It's impossible to try to make it home from work or to work on the underserved areas of Shasta county and that was the intention of the grant they received to provide transportation to those people.

★★★★★ They are so good. And just about All the drivers are really nice 🙂🙂🙂 I only had one driver that was kinda rude. That was the one that took me home from WinCo foods on the 10th of October. But other than that I think they are so nice.

★★☆☆☆ Can never get a trip planned to go to church on Sundays!

★★☆☆☆ Good luck finding a ride on you better be quick

★★☆☆☆ I'm having a very hard time trying to make an account. It won't let me log in. If I could give a zero-star rating I would
