Saneyee is an amazing cook and all the items that we ordered reminded me of my mom's home cooked quintessential Bengali taste! Being hardcore foodies, my husband and I were happy souls after having chef Saneyee's food. We would highly recommend chef Saneyee if you are looking for authentic Bengali cuisine. I can vouch that you will no longer miss having a proper Bengali restaurant in the Greater Seattle area once you taste chef Saneyee's food! Kudos Saneyee...may you soar higher and higher.

Twice my food was not delivered. The delivery service took a picture of my door with no food package in the photos and said it was delivered. In discussion with shef customer service, they sent me the photos. I had to point this out to the customer service person. The photos had no food packages. There are too many headaches dealing with this app that I canceled the service. Got refunds for the missing food that the delivery service said was delivered.

The service is useful, but their app has many glitches. In this day and age they resort to an email mode to go back and forth on my ordering issue, on thr sure only a robot chat. Wish they haf WhatsApp live support so that sending screenshots and getting response was easier. I have been trying to order weekly meal service for one week not able to. Very glitchy app and customer service isn't smart to debug issue either.
