Edit: just got off the phone with them, and you need to go into your viva energy portal (you need an account with viva energy themselves first, you can't just register in app and go) and authorize your email address digital card usage on your fuel card under Manage Cards by pressing Invite, and then you need to follow the instructions sent by email. Hopefully they update it soon as I relayed the fact that no info is on the app. Will update to 5 stars when the info is added.

Signed up, added my debit card, added my Flybys, all in a breeze. Only gave it 4 stars because it does feel a bit clunky and unpolished, obviously not for your "average" user given the other reviews not sure what could be done to improve the experience. I'm hoping that linking of this app with Flybys also makes use of 4c/LC oles docket discounts are automatically applied, we shall see!! Also, unclear why there appears to be two different apps for the same use yet with differing features & UX.

This used to be a worthwhile app. Now it is unusable. I can never enter a valid pump number. Same problem at multiple service stations. Pump #10 = invalid pump # Pump #3 = invalid pump # Time to delete the app So disappointing!

Very inconvenient, it does not load & hangs on the login screen constantly. Since you have taken over the OTR stores, I suggest you modify this very well functioning app to allow for the shell card to be added as a payment option.

Unfortunately this app does not work at all. As Am pol has a great app that I always use which is incredibly convenient for motorcycle riders, I thought to try apps for other service stations. I registered and set up my account, but this app will NOT load when selecting "Login". Have tried many times, restating phone etc .... No luck. I won't be buying fuel at shell without being able to use the app. I hope this app is updated and fixed.
