The new update for the app is trash, every time I open it, it freezes or lags. Also, every time I open my balance account, it freezes too. There wasn't a problem before the update, so why mess with something that wasn't broken

Horrible customer service, unless you enjoy listening to a computer when you call for help. At one time an actual human being answered the phone, not anymore. If I ever find a banking institution where people answer the phone, I will absolutely leave Shell FCU. Unfortunately, I am stuck where I am for now. Shell FCU is far cried from what it once was.

Love the bank but now with this most recent update, the app is not useful. Changing my 5 stars to a 1. There's a delay in each section to open, each time I tap my acct to review after waiting for so long, it takes me to card details. I'm trying to see my transaction to see what bills have cleared or not. I'm resorting to just going to the actual website versus the app because at least the website is still somewhat functional.

The app is very slow since the latest update. This used to be a great banking app but is now slow and useless. From 5 star to one.
