I am not even able to log in into the app. Every time I request an otp to create my account, it opens a form and even after filling the complete form it re-populates the form again and again.

CHEATERS Rented a fully furnished room where we were promised all maintenance would be covered, even minor fixes. Later, they shifted costs onto tenants, including charging us for washing machine repairs (a common utility). During move-out, over half the deposit was deducted under unclear charges—only electricity made sense. Also added an undisclosed ₹500/month meter fee. Lack of transparency throughout. They could never fix the seepage and charged us for it during move-out.

The worst services provided & the behavior of the property manager(Q 1002 Pan Oasis Society) is very, very bad. He literally doesn't know how to behave properly with a tenant. Think twice before considering. Thanks!
