**Technical Details**

Ship Logger is powered by professional-grade terrestrial AIS (Automatic Identification System) data with satellite augmentation for enhanced coverage. The same technology used by maritime professionals, now available in your pocket. Coverage may vary by region, with best performance in major cruise corridors.

You can also customise your Ship Logger experience — from choosing the persona of your Virtual Captain to setting your preferred theme colour and display style, making your voyage both informative and uniquely yours.

**We Don’t Sell You Cruise Deals You Don’t Need or Maps on Dead Trees**

Ship Logger isn’t another affiliate site or booking portal. We’re here for people who are already at sea — curious passengers who want to understand what’s around them, not buy what isn’t. No ads, no upsells, no “exclusive offers.” We don’t sell maps, merch, or meaningless extras — just you, the app, and the ocean.

Ship Logger is completely free to use with no account required and absolutely no ads. All voyage data is stored securely on your device — your privacy is our priority. No personal information is collected or transmitted to our servers.
