Actually the app is pretty good and well programmed, the bad reviews are related to different carriers (your review should be on the app). I'm using last point in Saudi and it is quite good.

I made a booking - pickup request done by me, to pick a shipment from my partner place to deliver to my place, they made a mistake swapped it calling me to pick up instead calling my partner, now it has been 4 days never picked up yet. Also customer service center didn't reply my email for 2 days.
