This app does work on my new Huawei phone, I have been waiting a month for the Shofer Tech Dept to fix it, but I have not heard back for over a week now. I am very disappointed with the service and will not be recommending them. Update: they eventually came back and offered to send the same guy that has failed to fix it for a month to my house. As if I wanted that time waster coming out and told them this. There response was to send me out a customer survey and cut communication... Service? What Service???

Very poor service. We had to ask the driver who did not bother to help with luggage or get out of vehicle, to open boot. On arrival we had to ask to open boot so we could get our luggage. Driver needed shower. Uninstalling app and will never use them again.
