The phone app needs work, It greyed out my auction wins, so I couldn't buy. At times, it says 4 hours to purchase and then says "expired" 5 minutes later? There's alot of business people taking over the auctions, I used to find some great deals. They need to limit their purchases or give them their own site. They really care about what they sell, and the hosts are fun to watch and teach you lots of info! My favorite shopping channel!!

Pretty good. I've bought an item, and I was pleased with it. EDIT: October 2025. My initial purchase was great. But subsequent ones were a nitemare. Products were not as they state. The shipping rates for STANDARD shipping is ridiculous high and good luck if you receive your order. I'm waiting 30 days for items. Customer service is a joke. For a US based company, supposedly, weird it outsources cust service to "Burdynummum.....birdynumnum" speaking people.

Shop LC is a great place to shop, especially on Fridays on TV. everything is $9.99 or less. Also, every purchase you make they give a meal for a child. Try it... You'll like it.

App apparently doesn't have all the same navigational tools available like the website has such as a disappearing purse icon and the $1 rising auction icon. The app doesn't show the $1 rising auction in landscape mode with the ability to see more than one row of items. Lastly, just like others who have commented about the app freezing up, I experienced it too.

It's horrible I can't make a fast buy purchase anymore, but I also can't make a payment online for my budget pay. Now I have to call. That stinks. I can't control my budget pay. Once I pay off my budget pay items I'm done.

I liked the prior format. This one is too cumbersome. I lost several items because it kept sending me codes. I'm older, and it takes me more time to go back and forth! 😭 Took it right out of the cart! Now it won't let me get to the next item.

Don't order via phone app. Instead, CALL. They pull OUT of your cart before you can pay! Disappointing. Or, it locks up and just spins. Fine to watch...but to order, call.
