I love Woodman's, they have a tremendous selection and offer great prices. The app makes it easy to shop ahead and find items in the stores. I also love their pickup option, it saves a ton of time for all the staples that we need to get with each visit. I have been shopping at Woodman's for well over 5 years and the app has been fantastic.

I opted to grocery shop on the app this last week because of the bitter cold. It's the first time I have ever done that, and I am very impressed with the results. Jimmy O did the picking for me, and he did a fantastic job choosing my meats and produce. Those were the areas I was worried about, but they turned out great. Thank You, Jimmy. Tammy (I think that was her name) delivered the groceries to my door, and they arrived ahead of the expected time. It couldn't have turned out better!

This is the best app of all the grocery store apps! I love that you can create a shopping list and the app is so clear at helping you find your items in the store. I love that their carts even have a holder for your phone too. It's such a great experience shopping at Woodman's. Great pricing and selection too!

When will the checklist issue be resolved? This app was great until you were no longer able to bulk delete checked items from your shopping list. I use this app every week, and it's very frustrating having to remove each item individually by changing the quantity to zero.

The Woodman's app team has ignored numerous requests to make the Shopper ID easier to access. They obviously can't imagine how their users use the app. Do you want to be sitting at the checkout terminal with a long line of other customers eyeing you while you fumble around trying to get the Shopper ID to appear? It's insanity! Also, when a user is stating they can't locate the Shopper ID, in addition to explaining how to dig for it, a lightbulb should go off suggesting you make it ez to access!!

I've done a two or three times now where I've entered in all my items, and then I go to buy them and the list gets lost and reset when you start placing it as a formal order. Be able to select multiple items as if you are ordering but then when you go to convert that to a purchase it loses those items you've selected. Super frustrating.

Can't add a payment method, have gone over and over it, every time I tried adding a card, PayPal it just says error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried logging out and back in. nothing works. There is absolutely no contact for help on this, no help desk, no phone number, nothing. It sucks to have spent all this time creating a shopping list only to not be able to buy it not for pickup or delivery. Maybe it would be helpful if there was a helpline or a way to contact someone.
