Shoutly: Megaphone Mic Speaker

Turn your phone into a megaphone. Shoutly is a live mic to speaker app: talk into the microphone and your voice comes out of the phone speaker, wired headphones or a Bluetooth speaker in real time — loud, clear and with almost no delay.

Use it as a portable PA system, a bullhorn for tours and classrooms, a voice amplifier for events, a karaoke mic or a stage monitor through headphones.

🎙 LIVE MIC TO SPEAKER
• Tap on / off or push-to-talk (hold to talk) like a real megaphone
• Mic boost up to +24 dB with live level meters
• Choose the output: phone speaker, earpiece, headphones or Bluetooth speaker
• Keeps running with the screen off — turn it off from the notification

🛡 NO MORE HOWLING
• Echo cancel uses your phone's call echo canceller so the speaker doesn't feed back into the mic
• Feedback guard detects howling, notches that tone out and lowers the boost automatically
• Clear voice and noise gate make speech carry further

🔊 VOICE EFFECTS & ECHO
• Megaphone, walkie-talkie with roger beep, AM radio, robot, alien, chipmunk and monster voices
• Echo, karaoke, hall and stadium reverb with adjustable amount
• Bass and treble controls

🚨 SIRENS & SOUNDBOARD
• Wail, yelp, hi-lo and phaser sirens, alarm beep
• Air horn, door chime, school bell, referee whistle, applause, buzzer, drum roll and ta-da
• Loop sirens and set their own volume

📢 ANNOUNCEMENTS
• Type a message and your phone speaks it through the megaphone (text to speech)
• Record a message once and repeat it every few seconds — perfect for queues, shops, parking and events
• Ready-made phrases and saved messages

🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Audio is processed on your phone only. Shoutly never uploads your voice and stores nothing unless you record a message yourself.
