I'm very satisfied with the intensity and amount of exercise. I don't know if other users experience it, but sometimes the app crushes. Other than that, if I were to change something, it was instead of having my home trainers recorded in repeated exercises to have them do the exercises with me. It gives me extra boost and motivation. Other than that I am really enjoying it so far! ❤️

I love shreddy so much I've been using it for a few years now but the bagginess has gotten so much worse the last few weeks IDK what's going on with it but every time you go off the app mid-workout (I'm just changing my music) it restarts the app and deletes all my progress. I just started a new plan, 3 days of gym, and it has the option to add workouts to the other days but when I go to add workouts nothing happens 😅 its just frustrating as I do love shreddy but It's impossible to use lately.

Quite disappointed with the app, the workouts themselves are okay but the app is quite glitchy on my Android. I've had the app for about a week, but I can't load a meal plan, and it keeps logging me out. I don't really know who to get in touch with via the app to sort these issues either. I think if shreddy offered a trial then I probably wouldn't sign up for 3 months like I have already, and I feel a bit cheated without having the fuIl functionality this app is meant to offer.

The workouts are good but the app is soooo buggy - you can't allocate a workout to another day, the search is glitchy, everything is slow. I am loving the program, but the app makes it not fun to follow.
