It contains a music library organized by tempo so that you can can practice your moves and continue to level up! It is an amazing cardio workout and very fun. Each tutorial contains a breakdown, followed by practice at slow, medium, and fast speeds. This is how Sri (your instructor) learned to shuffle - starting slow and leveling up to faster and faster speeds. This is the app she wished existed when she started to shuffle!
