I love this app for its recommendations on food and the ability to find low cost meals per serving. Price checking with local Walmart's is an added benefit. I would have given Side Chef 5 stars with the pantry sync and ability to find recipes based on ingredients you currently have. However, I have run into one bug so far and that is the meal planning not loading at all. Adding name brand items to your pantry can be a pain but all that matters truly is that you know they are there.

Love this app the resipies are good and instructions are clear. It's a very aesthetic and organize app which I appreciate and users can comment and rete resipies. And it doesn't block you from the good resipies if you don't pay for premium, so you can actually use the app and not get stoped by a pay wall

I enjoy their variety of recipes that give videos and explanations on how to. Make, they divide them into a variety categories, can look up based on ingredients and save recipes. Also can order online-quick add to cart all ingredients to a recipe.

I love how simple the ui is, the ingredient nutritional info pages are really great too, I appreciate the no bs approach. I just have a few suggestions. When I added ingredients to my pantry, I expected to be able to also enter the amount I have, so that the app would know to not add to cart what I already have if it's enough for the recipe, or at least have a little disclaimer that I do have that ingredient. Would love that feature in the future! Also the ingredient list could be improved too 🩷

Thought it might help with finding new recipes. First 5 suggestions ALL had recipes with the foods that I listed to avoid. Seriously?!?!

They added a subscription feature. Also kinda stupid when you think about it. I just activated my free trial, took a bunch of screenshots and canceled it. Now when I need more I just start a free trial with a different email😂😂

Just downloaded the app and I enjoy the interface. The problem I'm facing is related to the zip code. I put in my zip code, which is on the Atlantic side of Florida, but the app has put a completely different zip in Tampa -- 3 hours away from me. I'm not seeing any way to go in and correct it, which is why I can only give it 2 stars. If someone can help me correct this ID honestly give it a 5 out of 5
