Utter crap This app has turned a reliable taxi service that the whole family has used for years, into a complete farce. You can get a taxi from the app but now can't get one if you ring company direct. It lets you order 6 seaters when there are none available and leaves you sitting there like a lemon without anyone telling you that your taxi is never going to be sent. You can't track anything, our cancel bookings - utter rubbish

The app is utter crap! The functions are all lies and you can only book a car, nothing else. All the other features like track your taxi, cancel booking and others don't work and misleading the customer. Only useful thing is SMS messages updating you of your taxi but even then the message delivery is unreliable. Better off calling for a car on +441782 565200 than use the app. Please fix this and add a fare calculator.
