Great app to use, but there is one slight problem. When I'm ordering a taxi from Rotterdam railway station it comes up as Rotterdam Central, which is technically correct, but the drivers don't realize this so ring me up. Could it be changed to either Rotterdam Railway Station or Rotterdam Train Station to make things easier.

Excellent service I wish I had used Phoenix taxis before now, and they don't take the micky with their prices like some taxis I know of, and I feel safe using them :)
Would be helpful if the app actualy sent an email when forgot password unable to use app as cant login or preregister

Garbage if yr outside Rotterdam. They bombard u with txts saying book Phoenix but if yr outside of Rotterdam booking always gets cancelled.

Have not been able to book a taxi with the app to rate. The app is poor and does not allow you to enter a password upon installing. Having managed install multiple apps for various taxi firms this is the worst as it does not allow you to entera password.
