The app will not let me past a stupid video. It gives me two options; watch video or logout. And when I click to watch a video I'm forced to watch, which I do not care about, it just spins and loads and never plays. I can not access the app at all, and I'm being charged $40 for something that doesn't even work.

This app is not intuitive at all. The email doesn't allow you to click throughout if you've been typing and need to correct an error. You will literally have to backspace the entire thing. The worst part of that is that you can't copy or paste in this app. Also, the lead info a lot of times do not match up on the website. This isn't a great app at all or website.

I love Sierra but this app is absolute GARBAGE. For example, I KNOW the lead clicked on properties, but the app shows NOTHING. Amongst other issues.......
