Brilliant way to read the msg Why isn't this app being advertised? I found it by chance while frustrated that seemingly only the iPad could benefit from the digital subscription properly. This is very smooth and quick so far and should be offered more willingly.

Not sure why this is rated low... exploring S&S issues all the way back to the 1930s is fascinating. The search function doesn't function reliably, but if you know the date of a historic movie you just scroll down to the right issue. Plus, it's always handy to have a digital version of the most recent issue handy.

I so wanted to use this app, but the UX is terrible on both mobile and tablet. Click on magazine to start reading; OK it asks me for subscriber username and password, after which I can read the issue, which is fine for a "first time in" experience. Then go back to select a different magazine - offers me one option - to logout! After which I have to repeat the sign-in process again. Not fine. If anyone from the BFI reads these reviews, please fix this.

Sort it out S&S. This is letting the brand down. Constant requests to log back in, reauthenticating etc. I just want to search for the film I've just seen on BFI Player. Shouldn't be this hard.

App starts up, and sticks forever in the authenticating membership process. If it ever gets past that process, it crashes as soon as I try to load an issue. This is a new tablet, and there shouldn't be problems like this. Having a digital subscription is severely limited if I'm only able to read the magazine in my web browser, and not in the dedicated app, which, by extension, is a service I've paid you money for. Judging by the rest of reviews on here, this is a problem that's persisted for a good long while, and you don't seem any closer to fixing it. I love your magazine, but this needs to be rectified post-haste, or you need to just pull this app from the app store, so you can stop advertising that your magazine can be read on Android. As of now, as far as I'm concerned, it can't.
