I'm just starting to set up my profile and running into bugs already. When I try to add my insurance info, if I leave the app to view another screen on my phone, I'm kicked back to the welcome screen. If I try to upload the image of my card, I'm kicked back to the welcome screen. If I try to type in the info in one go, I'm... This is just silly. It looks like the app has a lot of features, but who's to say if any of them work, if I can't even complete the simple task of entering insurance info.

I have tried for weeks to set this app up, so I can use it to connect with my grandson's doctor. It is impossible! I am an elderly grandmother, and it is impossible for me to understand. I have not been able to get medications my grandson needs because I can no longer speak with the doctor except through this app.....an can't do that either!

My experience has been below average as I am unable to access messages or test results. The App continually asks for a pin before I can access information. I have repeatedly asked for help in setting up a pin, but I get no answer. Consequently, the app is useless to me.

My birthdate was off by one day, so I went into the options to fix it. Off by one errors are common but this should've been an easy fix. The app crashes every time I hit the birthdate field.
