It worked excellently for a week here and a month there, but for the past week, it's doing some weird stuff. I have used this with huge success up until this week. This app takes a bit too much time and patience before it'll work correctly. Most of us have neither time nor patience, so it ends up in the virtual waste bin. Ok Mr. App developer-guy, now would be a great time to use that magic wand and fix it...or at least to smash all those bugs running muck inside your app.😂

For the most part it gets the job done. It's sometimes a bit buggy and freezes during check out or checks them out but doesn't register it in the app. Biggest issue is that the school didn't set the pickup zone large enough so if your phone isn't quite picking up the gps it won't let you get your kids usually restarting the app corrects this. Doesn't really seem like an app issue more of a user issue.

Love it. You have to be at the school before the app will dismiss your child, which adds to the security of your child. You have to get all info to set it up from your childs school, then itsa go.

Useless The app keeps giving jsn array errors. The options for dismissal are not complete (basically carpool or other). If I change something for one time dismissal change it gets changed for all the time. This happened and even though on my end it showed carpool he was under bus in the classroom and the teacher had to keep overriding it (even though my app said he was carpool). Very frustrating to work with and when it does kind of work it is SO user UNFRIENDLY it is high stress, frustrating time-consuming

for full access and all I get is error messages for everything! So

It won't let me upgrade even when I try to upgrade -in-app or on the web- and therefore won't let me use the features that I need to do anything with this app.
