Silk and Sonder is more than a journal. It is a community of encouraging people that build each other up. The app gives the user access to the online community in addition to daily rituals, daily affirmations, bingo games that change monthly, meditations and so much more. I recently had a problem in the app, so I notified the company. I got a quick response and the problem was fixed quickly. I highly recommend this journal alongside the app for the full rewarding experience!

Been using this app and the journals for almost 2 years off and on. I took a break for a few months last year. Overall, the app works fine for me. I use it for the daily rituals and affirmations, though there is many more things offered within the app. I have never had any problems with it, though it does occasionally break when it's playing the daily rituals. Doesn't happen enough to bother me though. The journals and app have helped me a lot with my mental health! Definitely recommend.

I had to contact their service team in 2022 because they kept sending journals to an old address even after I repeatedly changed it on my account. Since I wasn't getting the journals, I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription which they refused to refund, but they updated the address. Now end of 2023 I just got charged again, and they are again refusing me a refund which is extremely frustrating since I did not approve this charge and was told their team canceled my subscription.

This app and the entirety of this company are quacks. Self-care is not about minimizing a person's voice on the app- (which they did. When I voiced up about their ads in the most loving of way-comment deleted with absolutely NO follow up.) Nor is it about constantly trying to get more out of your clientele. The events went from free to costing money, journal prices went up, the daily rituals are on repeat, and ads constantly. This is a greedy company which cares very little about you.
