Sonder is a 24/7 safety and wellbeing service, connecting you to the help you need at the touch of a button. Including mental and physical health support from our team of nurses, wellbeing experts and in-person responders, as well as in-app safety features like “Check on me” and “Track my journey”.

They’re here to support you and can help you understand what options are available to you. * Injured or ill? We can conduct medical triage, take you through the available options, help you find the nearest medical centres, book appointments and assist with admin. * Victim of a crime or an online scam? We can find the right support services and assist with police reports or incident forms. We are 100% independant and 100% confidential. Feel secure in the knowledge that anything you disclose to the Sonder team is held in the strictest of confidence.
HUMANS, NOT ROBOTS When you reach out to us, know a real person will be on the other side, ready to help. The Sonder support team includes nurses, doctors, psychologists and emergency trained professionals. Our on-the-ground responders are trained in incident management and mental health first aid. Fully recommended and super happy with a recommendation from a person who worked there and came to our workplace love it where it tracks you and when we speak to the people they aren't AI but actually people but a suggestion or something I urgently want on this app would be while tracking it only has car walk and bike it would be nice if there was transport too!

Another middle-man data harvesting app, this time for all your health information. Tried to access EAP and unfortunately the support staff wasn't really clued (no anger towards them) into how they specifically access your employee info to verify identity The justifications aren't transparent and people can tell they're being manipulated. App slowed down significantly once I started mentioning death in a chat. This whole app reeks. Canned dev response. Already took this to Ops manager at employer.

App violates Google Play Developer Policy "Users must have a readily discoverable option to initiate app account deletion from within your app", and there's no option to do so in the Sonder app. Data/account deletion apparently requires a copy of driver's licence and a written form. No user selectable deletion option exists within app. @Sonder: process is not "heavier than it needs to be", it's literally non-compliant with Google Play Store and should be rectified or removed from the Play Store.

App doesn't have my organization on its service and my organization said something about the app, won't let me log in to my organization network sign-In.

Cannot get it to work. I've tried 3 times, using the link and code sent from NSW Health, and it keeps saying to request a new code or it dost send me a confirmation email. I can't even access the app. Very disappointing.
