Trying to book a hotel or rent a car is like trying to find a needle in a pile of needles. You'll need to go on a scavenger hunt to find the corporate number than once I have that number you'll have to wait 5000 lunar eclipses for the golden crane to give birth to a 2-headed crane that on its 18th year of birth will help you battle 1000 giant flaming dragon that opon defeat will reveal the true corporate number that will then evaporate in 3 seconds.

Chat doesn't work and no one to talk to. Doesn't matter if I'm on PC or mobile the chat option never works. How the hell are you supposed to help us if you have no way talking to us. Screw this app and Telus health.

Bad experience. I used to be able to sync my Google fit app directly with telus health one for step challenges. Now I have to use a fitbit, which I cannot afford, or use health connect, which is refusing to sync with my Google fit app. All my steps are not being counted for the Step Challenge for my company. My team is missing out on my activity due to this utter nonsense with health connect! This change is denying Google fit users the ability to participate!!!!

Poor set up. Can't talk/ chat with anyone in a reasonable amount of time. gatekeepers are more interested in asking a ton of personal questions. Way too much personal information for a free work service. I don't want to provide that much information. No, not recommended!
