Great app. I cannot believe it's free (thanks to the beta-tester program). Some great points: Most activities are short and clearly worded. No lengthy "onboarding". You can choose ANY of the activities at any time, not just follow a "program". But at the same time there are suggestions based on your profile / chosen focus. The real-life examples and step-by-step guided exercises are really helpful.

Very helpful to just take a minute for yourself, you can do a few activities or just one for a few minutes, but they help to organize your thoughts and make you think about things in a new way that makes it less overwhelming

After having and using an account for some time, my access was revoked without any notice. Repeated emails and even reviews here have all been met with being completely ignored. Have sent 4 emails and tried to evoke some help with previous reviews, nothing has helped. Today I got another promotional email from them, so they must Still exist...even if they clearly have no interest in me using the app anymore. A disappointing & frustrating end to my user experience

Doesn't seem to work. Tried my email address several times, but it just asked me to use my work address which I can't anyway. Decided to try my work email and got the same prompt.
