It's nice to have a central place to check on the status of my mortgage. However, the document upload feature only allows you to take photos of new docs. I should be able to upload PDFs.

No link to create an account. You have to "send a one time password" in order to create an account. Should just link to loan application password. "Call Support" button doesn't work. When I finally get in, main page constantly shows loading circle on top of menu. Clicking on any of the menu options just takes me to a page where all I see is "Undefined." This app is horrible and hasn't been updated since April 2022.

Installed, put in info and all I get is a blank screen with start over tab twice on the bottom of the page... uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happened. Waste of time for me trying to get this app to work!!
