Crashes every time I switch apps. The landing page after paying never stops loading and due to the app crashes I needed to dig through submenu's to find my order ID. Furthermore, apart from the app being clunky as hell, it's reaaaally slow as well. All in all terrible user experience.

The same thing happened to me. The app showed my first order as unsuccessful and the order disappeared from the app, so I placed it again. Later I realized my card had been charged twice. The first transaction was actually successful even though the app marked it as failed. There is no complaint option or contact in the app, so currently I have no idea how to resolve this issue or where to turn for help.
