Free patterns are capped, but for the price of a coffee the Premium features raise your bar. Premium raises the cap to 20 and also unlocks the custom Cycles allowing Power Users to hit 50 cycles per session.
📊 Progress tab Track total sessions, total practice time, current and best streaks, and best Capacity Test. A practice-time chart summarizes time by day, week, month, or year. Completed rhythm sessions update totals and the calendar; the Capacity Test is tracked separately.
🎨 Personalization
In the Settings you can choose notification times, choose system themes, access all the Guides, and more. During a session you can increase/decrease the breathing tone to suit your environment.
